Our products are culturally-inspired wellness products intended for personal use.

 

Payment & Delivery
All prices include 21% Dutch VAT where applicable.
Digital products: Upon successful payment, your digital product(s) will be available for instant download.
Physical products: Upon successful payment, your physical product(s) will be processed for shipping within 10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Physical products: In line with Dutch regulations, you have the right to request a return up to and including 14 days after the product's delivery date. Within this 14 day period, you may request a return by contacting us at meilinwellness@gmail.com. Once we receive the product(s) back from you, we will refund your product(s) and original delivery shipping cost as long as the product's seals are still in tact. You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. This policy only applies if the product is still sealed - we cannot accept returns for products whose seals have been broken, even if it is within the 14 day period. Returns and refunds are not available after the 14 days following the product's delivery date.

Digital products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are available once the purchase is complete.

All products are the intellectual property of Meilin Wellness B.V.. You may not share, copy, resell, or distribute our products without written permission.
